Dr. Andrew Fisher
I grew up in Glen Waverley, one of six children. I studied at Melbourne University and graduated in 1988. I started working in Koo Wee Rup and Pakenham after I graduated. I eventually started working full time in Pakenham when I purchased the business. The surgery moved to its current location in 1998 after my four brothers worked together at converting an old house into the surgery.
I am married with four daughters.
I am a fanatical Collingwood Football Club supporter.
I love computers and keeping up to date with all the latest technology.
My family and I love spending time together. We often go hiking together as well as riding bikes along some of Melbourne’s fantastic bike tracks.
We are keen snow skiers, love holidaying in Queensland and have been to China on holidays a few times. We love visiting historical towns – like Cook Town.

Dr Peter Bhogal
I studied at Melbourne University, graduating in 1987. I then did a doctrate, finishing in 1998. I have worked at many practises over the years, including Ocean Grove, Geelong, Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne, Preston, Rowville and Point Lonsdale before starting at Cardinia Dental.
I love golf and recently travelled to America to watch the PGA.
I also love listening to music.

Dr Ajay Kapadia
I was born and grew up in Pakenham, I studied at the
University of Melbourne and graduated with a Bachelor
of Dental Science in 2002. In addition to working for
Cardinia Dental, I teach dental students at the
Universiy of Melbourne.
I enjoy bike riding, sports and reading. I have travelled
recently to Europe, but look forward to exploring more
of Australia with my wife.

Dr Shireen Hamid
I graduated from University of Nairobi (Kenya) with B.D.S. in 1996. I moved to Australia in year 2000, studied for my Australian Dental Council examinations and graduated in 2003. I have sucessfully completed a 2 year diploma course in orthodontics. My main interest in dentistry lies in cosmetic dentistry, crown and bridge, implants, orthodontics, prosthetics and oral surgery.
I have done several voluntary dental projects organised by charitable organisations in the past.
I am married with one son.
My hobbies include art and craft work, reading, swimming, gym and walking.
I usually go for holidays to different parts of Australia as I get to see and learn a lot. I like to keep up with new technology and developments taking place in the world.
As well as being fluent in English, I also speak Hindi, Swahili and Gujarati

Dr Mihiri Narayan
After four years working at Cardinia Dental, Dr Mihiri Narayan has left us due to family reasons. We would like to wish Mihiri all the best for her future.
Dr Senthini Ganesvaran
Congralulations to Dr Senthini Ganesvaran on the birth of her second son, Aron on Friday 8th January 2010. Dr Ganesvaran will be returning to work on Saturday 10th April and will be working Saturday mornings.
I have lived in Australia since 1989, having previously lived in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
After completing a Bachelor of Science degree from Monash University in 1995, I completed an honours degree in dentistry at the University of Melbourne. I also graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science degree in 2001 at the University of Melbourne. I then practiced dentistry in both the private and public sectors (community dentistry) in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne as well as the city. My professional interest spans all aspects of dentistry.
I enjoy travelling overseas and learning about other cultures.
Apart from English I am also fluent in the Tamil language.

Dr Kehn Yapp
I grew up in Adelaide and decided to move to the big smoke (Melbourne) after finishing school.
Here I studied dentistry at The University of Melbourne and graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 2008.
During Uni I was the Public Relations Manger of our student committee, the Melbourne Dental Students' Society. I am a member of the Recent Graduates Committee of the Australian Dental Association Victorian Branch and a member of the Australian Society of Endodontology.
I enjoy watching and playing tennis and also follow the Formula 1. I like to travel and have visited places all over Australia and Europe.

Dr Alistair Pickering
*After a four year absence, we are delighted to welcome back Dr Alistair Pickering to our practise*
I Studied dentistry at Melbourne Uni, graduating in 1991.
After working in Warrnambool for several years, I began working at Cardinia Dental in 1996 where I remained until 2005.
My Wife and I recently celebrated the arrival of our first child (Sept 2009) and I have returned to Pakenham after living and working in Merimbula/Bega NSW.
I look forward to reconnecting with the local community after several years away.
My professional interests are most aspects of general dentistry and away from the practice I am enjoying all of life’s changes that come with fatherhood.
